Unfortunately not. I offer a trial class for students to see if they like my teaching method. Packages are non-refundable.

A class can be cancelled 24 hours in advance at the latest. A class which is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance is non-refundable.

As an experienced teacher, I value honesty above all. Making progress in a language requires patience, effort and, most of all, time and practice. However, I will do my best to render the learning process as efficient and enjoyable as possible. :)

No, I help in preparing for language exams but only authorised centres can issue certificates.

Yes, I accept groups of two students. However, I must evaluate your respective language levels during the trial lesson to decide whether you can continue learning together.

Payment options are listed on the homepage. Please take into account the fact that commission fees are charged on the student.

Paypal has increasingly high fees on receiving payment. That is why I accept this payment method only on the condition that the price per class is higher, as stated on the homepage.

There’s no general syllabus as not all students have the same levels and learning needs. I prepare a study plan after the trial lesson and I can prepare a syllabus if a student asks for it. It’s important, however, to be aware of the fact that the syllabus might be modified during the course when I realise that the student needs to work more on a different skill or using a different method.

Yes, learning materials are included in the price. I can recommend a book that'd be most suitable for you if you decide to buy one.
